I’ve provided this questionnaire for you to peruse and fill out at your leisure. It’s just a general set of questions, the purpose of which is to help me provide you with the most gratifying phone session possible. Everyone’s tastes are different, so feel free to be as explicit and elaborate when providing your answers as you wish. You may either fill it out and email it to me at bella@enchantrixempire.com, or, if you prefer, you can have it handy and use it to explain to me during the call what it is you’d like to focus on. Of course, if you’d like, you can do both!
1) With regard to adult phone entertainment, are you:
a) A first-timer
b) Not a first-timer, but relatively new to phone sessions
c) Moderately experienced
d) Well-seasoned
e) I practically call every single day
2) If you are not brand new to adult phone entertainment, are you familiar with LDW and the high quality of service we pride ourselves on providing? (If you have previously utilized the services of LDW, you need not go into detail, such as with whom you have interacted. This question is simply serving to determine whether you are a new or regular client to LDW.)
3) In regards to domination/FemDom, do you prefer sensual or hardcore?
4) During our session, how would you prefer to be addressed?
5) Will you have complete privacy during our session or will your privacy be limited? (If your privacy is limited, I respect this fact and will be happy to work around your need to be less interactive or speak very quietly during our session.)
6) Has your interest in a session with me been prompted by a visit to a particular website and/or my blog? If so, please tell me which site(s) – or if my blog – spurred your desire for a session with me in particular, and let me know what it was that most caught your attention about that site or my blog.

8 ) Is there a particular are or combination of topics on which you would like our first session to be based? (You may simply indicate your preferences here and proceed to the applicable topic-based questionnaires if you so choose – or you may elaborate here.)

10) Depending on your response to the previous question, please outline and/or highlight how you would like our session to be developed (i.e., a particular scenario you would enjoy role-playing, a plot or idea you have for a story request, etc.). You may be as brief or as detailed as you like. If there are certain specifics that you absolutely want integrated into our session, please denote that. Of course, a very basic idea is also perfectly fine, as I am pleased to take a general idea and use my imagination and creativity to develop it myself or interactively with you during our session.)
11) Are there specific “trigger” words or phrases which you like emphasized during our session? On the other hand, are there any specific terms or phrases that you prefer not to be used?
12) Do you enjoy dressing and/or using toys or other items during a session? (If the answer is “yes”, you may either elaborate here OR you may elect to provide this information on the topic-specific questionnaire.)
13) How much time do you typically like to set aside for a session? (If you are a first-time or new client, how much time would you like to spend on this call?) In any event, please feel free to indicate that you prefer to limit our time due to any time, monetary, and/or privacy constraints. I certainly respect all possible limitations, and this awareness will enable me to tailor and pace your call so that we can make the most of our session.
14) While I like to build a rapport and get ot know each client as an individual, I am aware that some clients like to chat a bit prior and/or after a session and others do not find it necessary. Of course, either instance is perfectly acceptable. Let me know if you have a preference for either, as I want our session to be tailored to your needs and wants.
15) Is there anything additional you feel I need to know in order to make our session one with which you will be entirely satisfied and remember after you hang up the phone?
